1. Nature of Our Products
DocuSmartly is an entirely digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All our offerings — including the free PDF tools, premium CV/resume templates, and subscription plans — are delivered electronically through this website.
No physical shipping is involved. You will not receive any item by post, courier, or other physical delivery method.
2. Digital Delivery Timeline
- Free tools: Available instantly when you visit the relevant tool page on docusmartly.com — no waiting, no delivery.
- Premium CV templates: Unlocked instantly upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. The template becomes accessible in your account within seconds.
- Subscription plans: Activated immediately on payment success. All premium templates unlock at once for the duration of your subscription.
3. How You Receive Your Purchase
- Complete the payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking, or wallet).
- You'll see a "Payment Successful" confirmation on screen.
- The purchased template/subscription is unlocked in your DocuSmartly account immediately.
- You'll also receive an email receipt at your registered email address (typically within a few minutes).
4. Delivery Confirmation
You can verify successful delivery in any of these ways:
- The template card no longer shows the lock icon and is marked "Purchased" in the CV Maker.
- Your subscription badge displays "SUBSCRIBED" in the top bar.
- An email receipt arrives from Razorpay (and from us) within minutes.
5. If Delivery Fails
If you completed payment but the product did not unlock:
- Do not retry the payment — this may result in duplicate charges.
- Refresh the page and check if the unlock has now propagated.
- If still not unlocked after 5 minutes, email docusmartlyhelp@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_).
- We will manually unlock your purchase or issue a refund within 2 business days.
6. Service Availability
Our digital delivery system runs 24/7. Occasionally, scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may briefly delay delivery. We aim for over 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee 100% availability.
7. Geographical Availability
DocuSmartly is accessible globally, with payment processing primarily configured for India (INR via Razorpay). Users from other countries may face payment limitations depending on Razorpay's supported regions and your card-issuing bank.
