Resize your photo and signature for exam forms

Government and exam forms ask for a photo and signature in exact pixels and a narrow KB range, such as a 200×230 photo between 20 and 50 KB. This tool does both in one step: pick your exam, place your face in the frame, and download a JPG that fits.

How to use it

  1. Choose Photo or Signature.
  2. Pick your exam, or type the pixels and KB from your notification.
  3. Choose your image, drag it into place and zoom if needed.
  4. Click Make & Download. The result shows the final KB and pixels.

FAQs

Is my photo uploaded? No. Resizing and compression run in your browser. Your photo never reaches our server.

Are the exam sizes always correct? They are common values, but exams change their rules. Always check the official notification and edit the numbers if they differ.

Can I add my name and date on the photo? Yes. Tick “Add name and date below the photo”. Some forms, such as UPSC, ask for this.

My signature photo looks grey. What do I do? Keep “Clean background” on. It turns the paper white and the ink dark.
